Meet the Department
What do you see as the strengths of today’s youth and
how do they cope with the fast-pace of change in their
environment?
Saji Kumar
IT Manager
Today’s youth are independent,
determined, smart, alert and motivated
to change. They easily cope with any
environments and they have a unique
opportunity to learn from the wisdom
and experiences of everyone around
them.
Bana Khedro
Registrar
The youth of today are faced with more
difficult challenges than in previous
times and yet, they still face these
challenges head on. With their ability
to exploit technology to their benefit,
to create connections through the
expanding social networks online, and
to use advanced tools and programs at
such early ages, the youth of today are
more creative, more productive, more
knowledgeable, and therefore more
well-suited to contribute to the growing
world.
Ishrat Jehan
School Doctor
The strengths of today’s youth are that
they are versatile, globally aware citizens
who enjoy the vast range of facilities in
communication technology and multiple
sources of knowledge and information.
However, this comes with its challenges
of understanding the true knowledge
from a correct source and applying
it in the right context. Students can
cope with the fast pace of change in
their environment by becoming lifelong
learners, keeping abreast with the latest
and striving to unfurl their creative skills
and adaptive potential. It is also of utmost
importance to inculcate the moral and
ethical values which guide them in
their day to day decisions, actions and
the way they contribute positively to
global society and environment with an
innovative capacity.
