Q: How has your role at AHM progressed and what has motivated
you throughout the years?
Brij Mohan Sharma
Accounts Manager (31 years)
I joined as Accountant for Al Habtoor
Motors in 1983, the same year the
company was founded. Since then, I’ve
been a key member of the AHM Finance
team and taking care of finalizing the
books. Importantly, I received the
Milestone Award in the year 2014 from
our Chairman. Good atmosphere and
recognition of my capabilities are my
biggest motivation to keep serving the
company for the last 31 years.
Satdev Singh Jamwal
Director Operations (30 years)
I started in the company as an Auditor
and assisted in implementing many
reforms in the company in all areas.
Furthermore, I’ve seen the Mitsubishi
brand volumes grow from 200 units
in 1983 to 5,000 units per month. I
consider myself fortunate that I got the
opportunity to work under the guidance
of our Chairman, Khalaf Al Habtoor, at
the beginning of my career. I appreciate
the recognition from the owners.

I started my role as Branch Manager for Bentley and Mitsubishi
in Abu Dhabi over thirty years ago. My motivation throughout
the years has been the Al Habtoor family, who are at the heart
of this business. They have always treated me as a family
member and I’ve been very happy working with them.
Medhat Yassa
General Manager - Credit (31 years)
In the last 31 years my hard work and
dedication to the company has enabled
me to establish the Credit Department
by myself and we have been able to
achieve great success. The owners
have been of great inspiration and
support, I feel honoured that they have
trusted me with great responsibilities. At
Al Habtoor Motors we are a family.
