A farewell to
Mr. Venkataraman

In November we bid farewell to
Mr. Venkat, Director of Corporate
Governance and Risk Management.
Khalaf Al Habtoor hosted a special
dinner at his majlis on Al Wasl Road
attended by the Group’s senior
management and the Audit and Risk
Management Departments.

The Chairman and CEO expressed
their sincere appreciation for Mr.
Venkat’s contributions, outstanding
service and commitment to the Group
since 2005.
Mr. Venkat joined as Chief Accountant
for Dubai National Insurance and
Reinsurance (DNIR) in 2002 and was
promoted to Group Director of Internal
Audit in 2006. In 2013 he was awarded
the prestigious Chairman’s Award at
the Employee Excellence Awards.
