Q: How has your role at Diamondlease progressed since you joined
and how has professional advancement motivated you
throughout the years?

Assistant Supervisor – Operations

I joined Diamondlease in November
1998. As a beginner in the company,
I was given enough opportunities and
training to learn the different aspects
of Diamondlease Operations. As time
passed by, I was able to demonstrate
the skills acquired in my work. With
the help of the management and
by God’s grace I am now working
happily at Diamondlease as Assistant
Supervisor – Operations. This growth
has enabled me to increase my
knowledge tremendously and is a
great encouragement for me to aim for
greater achievements.

Deputy Manager – Operations

I joined Diamondlease as a fleet
executive when the total fleet was just
at 635 vehicles. Today we have a fleet
of over 8,000 vehicles. Guidance and
support from the Senior Management
of Diamondlease is key to my success
and career progression to my current
position as the Operations Manager.
Working at Diamondlease is a passion
for me and I believe my company is a
home away from my home controlled by
a professional management.
