PROTECT YOURSELF FROM GERMS

Your Keyboard

Keyboards can be contaminated with a number of

potentially harmful bacteria, making them a health

hazard.

CLEAN TIP:

Wash hands before and after using your

keyboard or use hand sanitizer. Wipe the surface

regularly with bleach or hand wipes.

Did you know that the most germ-contaminated items include your keyboard, remote control, kitchen sink

and your toothbrush? Here are some tips from Helping.ae on how to keep the germs away…

The Kitchen Sink

The sink is where you wash your dishes, fruits and

vegetables… But it could be dirtier than you think!

CLEAN TIP:

Clean the surface of the kitchen sink with

a mixture of bleach and water at least once a week.

Your Toothbrush

Bacteria thrives on moist surfaces such as

toothbrushes.

CLEAN TIP:

Place your toothbrush in an area

where it can air and dry, not too close to the toilet!

Replace your toothbrush

once every 3 months.

Your TV Remote Control

It may surprise you that the surface of your TV

remote control is among the dirtiest in the house.

CLEAN TIP:

Use cleaning wipes regularly and

make sure to wash your hands with soap for no

less than 20 seconds.
