The Risk Management Department
hosted a productive session to
discuss the new developments
made to the AHG junior staff medical
scheme on February 9, 2016 at head
office theatre.
The medical induction program is
an annual event organised by the
Group Risk Management Department
in coordination with the Group’s
insurers, Dubai National Insurance and
Reinsurance and Mednet. Attendees
included HR and Finance staff
from all units, workshop managers,
security supervisors, and workers
accommodation camp bosses
along with supervisors, who later
communicated the seminar’s outcome
with their colleagues.
Chadi EL Deek, Group Risk Manager
shares with our readers, “Health
and medical benefits are one of the
essential insurance covers, which we
manage every year. However, superior
care and attentiveness are required for
this policy as its aim is to take care of
any health condition, which our staff
might experience.
Like with all other insurances, upon
renewal of the policy we evaluate
the current covers, identify gaps,
and enhance with the necessary
amendments.”
