It has been an eventful year so far for
SpeedFit! The Al Habtoor Group’s most
successful fast fit servicing concept, the
SpeedFit Clinic, has now arrived in Ras
Al Khaimah. RAK residents can enjoy
the convenience of having their vehicles
serviced while they shop at RAK Mall.
The state-of-the-art facility was officially
inaugurated on April 29, 2014 by Karl
Hamer, Managing Director of Al Habtoor
Motors, Hussain K Jamal, Manager of
RAK Mall and Neil Coolledge, General
Manager of SpeedFit.
The SpeedFit Clinic offers a cutting
edge, one-stop shop with value for
money service and repair experience
for all makes of cars, SUV’s and light
commercial vehicles. SpeedFit is linked
to leading the number one battery brand
Energizer®, a number of tire companies,
the oil giant Mobil, as well as original
spare parts from Global Auto Parts.
SpeedFit
opens new branches
With 42 locations throughout the Gulf
region and plans to expand its network
to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait and
Bahrain, SpeedFit is well on track to
become the leading fast-fit company in
the Middle East.
In May this year, Al Habtoor Motors
partnered up with the Roads and
Transport Authority (RTA), Dubai, to
open the SpeedFit Vehicle Testing
Centre (SVTC) at Umm Ramool, Dubai.

Tires & Batteries Division along with
multiple RTA delegates attended the
inauguration of the first vehicle testing
centre under the Speedfit brand.
The centre now has two lanes with a
capacity to service up to 175 vehicles
per day. It has plans to expand further
to four lanes with a capacity of 350
vehicles a day. Motorists can also
register their vehicles directly at the
centre through the RTA registration
machine.
Coolledge said "This is a great addition
to our existing portfolio of SpeedFit
services which include tires, brakes,
lubricants, oil, batteries, steering,
suspension, air conditioning, exhaust
and car servicing. We would like to
thank RTA, Dubai for their support and
cooperation. SpeedFit Vehicle Testing
Centre is committed to offering superior
and trusted services for meeting the
overall safety of vehicles & registration
renewal purposes in Dubai". He added
“With our working schedule of 7 am
to 10 pm, Saturday to Thursday, the
customers can have the advantage of
convenient service hours ensuring a
quick turnaround time.”
