Hrar was officially inaugurated at
an opening ceremony held on 13
November 2016 under the patronage
of the Grand-Mufti of Lebanon,
Sheikh Abdul-Latif Derian.
The event was attended by Noura
Badawi, Chief Communications
Officer, Khalaf Ahmad Ahmad Al
Habtoor Foundation, Musallam
Al Mansouri, Director of the
Humanitarian and Development
Affairs Attache at the UAE Embassy
in Lebanon, who represented
Hamad Saeed Sultan Al Shamsi,
UAE Ambassador to the Republic
of Lebanon and other Lebanese
officials.
