prime locations. In November and early December 2014, Al Habtoor Motors announced two new showrooms and secured a strategic
partnership to reinforce the Group’s pioneering vision for the future.
Al Habtoor Motors recently launched
its first multi-brand passenger and
commercial vehicle showroom facility
featuring separate Mitsubishi and
CarZone showrooms in Mussafah, Abu
Dhabi on November 5, 2014. The new
multi-level showroom complex spans
a total area of 13,933 square metres
and is one of the largest automobile
showrooms in the Middle East region.
With an investment of AED 100 million,
the new complex is the world’s largest
Mitsubishi showroom.
Al Habtoor Motors Prestige Cars
Division announced on November
4, 2014 that it is set to build a new
Bentley landmark in the UAE – the
flagship Bentley Motors standalone
showroom on Dubai’s Sheikh Zayed
Road. The first and largest of a limited
number of iconic Bentley Motors
showrooms to be built in metropolises
around the world, the Dubai-based
location will reflect the brand's global
success. Located alongside major
business districts, retail locations, and
prestigious residential communities,
the state-of-the-art building will boast
an area of 76,000 sq.ft and over 200
thousand LED lights illuminating the
outer façade.
In keeping with its business growth,
Al Habtoor Motors announced it is
teaming up with LUKOIL, one of the
world’s largest oil companies, to be
the UAE’s first distributor of LUKOIL
automotive oils and lubricants on
December 4, 2014. For years LUKOIL
has been a leading base oil supplier to
main lubricant manufacturers and one
of the leaders of the Russian oil industry
in exploration, production, refining and
marketing of petroleum products.

approached by LUKOIL, I was surprised
that one of the world's largest oil
companies was not present in the UAE
automotive market. We have partnered
with LUKOIL to bring a new dimension to
