Expanding on the Group’s real estate
business, the Al Habtoor Group is
building a residential development
alongside the Metropolitan Hotel

Due for completion in 2016, the
Located in Dubailand, the St. Regis Dubai Al Habtoor
Polo Resort & Club will include a 136-key five-star hotel
and 162 bungalows, a polo academy with four polo
fields and a riding school with 500 stables. The resort
will also be home to four world-class polo fields which
will help reinforce Dubai’s role on the world polo circuit.
The Polo Academy will offer riders of all ages and
ability with a wide range of riding disciplines including
dressage, polo and show jumping.

ST. REGIS DUBAI AL HABTOOR POLO RESORT & CLUB
upmarket residential complex, with
extensive landscaping, will consist of
74 units (four, five and six bedroom
villas will occupy a built up area of
20,947 square meters) located in the
heart of Jumeirah – situated at the
junction of Sheikh Zayed Road and Al
Thanya Street.
The residential complex will provide
residents with access to a fully-
equipped gymnasium, communal
swimming pool, children’s play area
and a jogging track.
