Khalaf Al Habtoor makes a special
appearance at the 4th edition of
the Dubai International Project
Management Forum held from 18-
21 November 2017 at the Madinat
Jumeirah.
Held under the Patronage of HH Sheikh
Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al
Maktoum Crown Prince of Dubai and
Chairman of the Executive Council, the
annual forum brought together global
and UAE project management leaders
and experts, including HE Sultan Al
Mansoori, Minister of Economy and HE
Reem Al Hashimy, Minister of State for
International Cooperation and Director
General EXPO 2020 Dubai.
Speaking on the topic of “Making A
Difference”, the Al Habtoor Group
Chairman shared his experience and
best practices in strategy, innovation
and project management that have a
sustainable and long-lasting impact
on the society and community we live
in. One such example is the recent
opening of the region’s first permanent
aqua-theatre, La Perle by Dragone,
which reinforces Dubai’s position as
the new cultural and entertainment hub
for the region.
During his panel session held on
21 November 2017, Al Habtoor was
accompanied on the stage by HE
Saeed Al Tayer, MD & CEO, Dubai
Electricity and Water Authority, HE
Frode Mauring, Resident Coordinator,
United Naitons UNDP and HE
Mohammed Al Hammadi, CEO,
Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation.
