VAT implementation across the Group
has been one of the top priorities for
the management team throughout
2017. Our Audit and Finance
Departments have been rigorously
working on VAT preparation since
February 2017 and since that period
they conducted over 9 internal VAT
seminars, including seminars targeting
specific divisions and seminars
spreading general awareness of VAT

among employees. On Tuesday, 8
August 2017, our Chairman and Vice-
Chairman held a special session with
the company’s senior management
covering the VAT update, the
preparations so far and future next
steps.
