This year’s Employee Excellence Awards ceremony was special as 2015 marks the Al
Habtoor Group’s 45th anniversary.
The Employee Excellence Awards remind us that it is indeed special to be a Habtoorian.
For our 45th anniversary celebration this year, we saw many enthusiastic Habtoorians
participate in the casting for the ‘AH Factor’ anniversary video alongside world renowned
British musical director and Grammy winner, Steve Sidwell.
Our Chairman, Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor founded this company thanks to his strong
determination, dedication and discipline. We value all our employees’ commitment but it
is important to reward and recognise our top talent. These are people who take initiative,
are highly motivated and role models for everyone - no matter what their grade within their
business unit.
