The success of the Al Habtoor Group is down to our people. Our employees are committed,
loyal and hardworking. I have often said the Group’s employees are the company’s
biggest asset. This is true. In 45 years we have grown from a small company into a
large conglomerate active in many sectors of the UAE economy, and we are operating
successfully in international markets.
Each year we are growing bigger and bigger, and we will continue to do so. It is important
to keep looking forward, and set the benchmark for others to follow. I urge my staff to be
leaders, not followers. If we continue to do this, we will continue to succeed. We must
continue to wave the flag of the UAE. This country is the jewel of the Gulf, and I am proud
that our motto is ‘Growing with the UAE’. We will continue to grow together.
