20 EMIRATES INTERNATIONAL SCHOOLS Once again, International Day lived up to its reputation as one of the calendar highlights. On Monday 12 March 2018 the EIS- Jumeirah community joined together to celebrate our togetherness and diversity through dance, culture, food and many other events and activities. A large team of parents and staff were directly responsible for the creation of 22 country booths while almost 300 students were directly involved in either presenting country booths or providing entertainment. Audiences in the theatre and outdoors enjoyed songs and dances representing many of our home countries. As is customary on this day, an amazing variety of food was presented and enjoyed as a celebration involving the entire EIS- Jumeirah community.
