AWARDS BOARD EEA CHAIRMAN The EEA programme Chairman provides leadership, governance and strategic support to the Awards Board to help them achieve the EEA’s vision, mission and objectives. Al Habtoor Vice Chairman & CEO Chairman of the Employee Excellence Awards Programme AWARDS BOARD The Awards Board members are the heads of the AHG’s business units or their selected representatives. Their responsibilities include: • Coordinating with the Audit Board and acting as a consultant to the Awards Working Committee to ensure that the policies and procedures of the reward system are met and the evaluation process is fair and transparent. • Ensuring that the EEA Programme remains consistent with the vision and mission of the initiative, and evaluating its effectiveness in meeting the desired goals and results. • Making sure that the EEA initiatives are handled prudently at the respective Business Units and collectively at Group level. • Reviewing and approving the award categories and the measurement criteria as presented by the Awards Working Committee. 6
