ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA Eligible for this award are business units, departments and groups of employees (5 Habtoorians and above) from the same business unit. The CSR initiatives recognized should have had a positive impact on the business unit, its stakeholders and the community, and have encouraged other employee participation. The initiatives created should not have affected the performance of the nominees negatively. 41
