NON-ACADEMIC EMPLOYEES AWARD OBJECTIVE The objectives of this award are to: • To acknowledge the employee’s contributions to the overall objectives of the school and reward outstanding performance and efforts. • To recognize demonstrated professionalism and positive attitude towards the school’s systems and processes, and managing interpersonal relations. • To motivate the employee towards increased job satisfaction and encouragement to perform his / her job more effectively. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA For an employee to be nominated for this Award, the below must be presented: • Duration of service more than 12 months. • No-warning clearance form the HR for the past 12 months. • Up-to-date Employee Performance Appraisal (not older than 3 months) INDIVIDUAL EXCELLENCE AWARD (SCHOOLS) 38
