IMPORTANT TO NOTE: • Certificates are accepted as supporting documents. • Nomination forms not scored by the HoD are immediately disqualified. • No nominations will be accepted after the submission deadline unless otherwise approved by the Awards Board and the Audit Board. • The Annual Employee Performance Appraisal will account for 70 points of the overall scoring. • Former winners can qualify again for the same award only every other year. If the HoD wants to nominate a former winner, he/she should also nominate the next best performer to give a fair chance to all employees. • Nominations must be supported by an up-to-date Employee Appraisal Form (not older than 2 to 3 months). • Each business unit has to present nominations at least twice the number of awards allocated for that unit under the Individual Excellence Award. • Every department should be encouraged to nominated one employee every year. • AWC to select top nominees for the unit and submit nominations to the Audit Board. The score will automatically define the winner. 36
