AWARD OBJECTIVE The objectives of this award are to: • Acknowledge an employee’s contribution to the overall objectives of the Business. • Reward outstanding performance. • Recognize demonstrated professionalism and positive attitude towards the Company’s systems, processes and managing inter-personal relations. • Motivate employees towards increased job satisfaction. • Encourage employees to perform their jobs more effectively. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA For an employee to be nominated for this Award, the below must be presented: • Duration of service minimum 12 months, as of end of calendar year. • No-warning clearance form the HR for the past 12 months. • Up-to-date Employee Performance Appraisal (not older than 3 months). Supporting documents to be submitted with the nomination forms: 1. ‘No-warning’ clearance from the HR Dept. for the last 12 months. 2. Updated ‘Employee Performance Appraisal’. 3. Passport copy of nominee. 4. Recent photograph of the nominee (in the workplace), and a short synopsis of the nominee (applicable for individuals or groups). 5. Proof of recognition received (i.e. from customers, superiors, colleagues, guests or clients). INDIVIDUAL EXCELLENCE AWARD 34
