EEA 2019 Manual

This award is a competition between individual departments at Group level. The top three departments across the Al Habtoor Group will receive the Departmental Award. AWARD OBJECTIVE The objective is to motivate the departments to: • Demonstrate innovative leadership. • Deliver value, based on the foundation of clear vision. • Enhance customer focus. AWARD CRITERIA The Departmental Award is given to departments which demonstrate motivation, innovation, strong leadership and deliver value based on the foundation of clear vision with a customer focus, for the last calendar year. All departments in the various business units should be encouraged to submit nominations for the Department Award. A minimum number of 3 nominations for the Departmental Award is expected per unit. There are not restrictions against departments being nominated for the Departmental Award in consecutives years, even if the department won the award in the previous year. Final selection of the Departmental Awards winners will be made approved / finalized by Chairman of the EEA programme Mohammed K. Al Habtoor. DEPARTMENTAL AWARD 30
