EEA 2019 Manual

The Chairman’s Award is the highest honour an employee [Habtoorian] can achieve. It is exclusively selected by the Founding Chairman of Al Habtoor Group, Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor. It can be awarded to an individual, a department or a business unit. Customarily, the Chairman’s Award is given to one nominee, but the Chairman might select more than one winner in one year. The Awards Board can recommend the top nominees from individual and departmental categories for the Chairman’s consideration. The recommendation can be done by sending a letter addressed to Chairman Khalaf Al Habtoor’s attention advocating the nominee(s). There are no set criteria for this award category as the selection is at the Chairman's discretion. The winner(s) of the Chairman’s Award is announced during the Employee Excellence Awards ceremony.
