VOICING CONCERNS OBJECTIONS / CONCERNS When staff from any of the business units across the Al Habtoor Group have objections or grievances in regards to any of the procedures/systems, award categories set out in the EEA programme or in the award results, etc., they should be encouraged to raised their concerns directly with the Director of the Awards Working Committee (AWC) via email. If the communication skills of the concerned Habtoorian are not strong, he or she is encouraged to seek the assistance of their local AWC member or HR department in raising their concerns. The Director of the AWC has an obligation to raise these objections / grievances to the Awards Board members, and to revert back with a response / action within 48 to 72 hours. Should the concern / grievances raised be related to the procedures and answerable by the AWC Director, then he/she will respond to the concern within 2 working days from date of receipt of the concern. POINT OF CONTACT FOR QUESTIONS AND QUERIES ON AWARD CATEGORIES AND PROCEDURES, ETC. AWC Director may be contacted for any queries regarding the various award categories, its systems and procedures or any questions that might arise in the mind of any member of staff from the various business units. Alternatively, employees may raise their questions to their respective AWC local members who in turn will speak to the AWC Director for clarification and to give the right response. 22
