WINNER NOTIFICATION Once nominations are validated by the Audit Board, the nomination packs will be presented to the Awards Board. This transition is coordinated by the Coordinator of the EEA programme, Ms Liezl Reamillo-Lumanlan. The Awards Board members will then meet for the final selection of the winners, in the presence of the head of the Audit Board and the Director of the AWC. Once the selections are finalized, they are sent for the final approval of the Chairman of the Employee Excellence Awards Programme, Mohammed K. Al Habtoor. The head of the Awards Board will send out an email to the respective Unit Heads confirming the final winners in the various award categories. Based on the list received, the head of the business unit or the head of HR will advise the respective HoDs of the names of the winners, who will in turn inform the winners. The head of the business unit, or the head of HR will send out a circular to all staff announcing the names of the lucky winners in the various award categories and the date of the EEA ceremony. Once the announcements are made to the winners, the Event Committee will contact the winners via their respective HR departments for the necessary dress rehearsals and photographs prior to the EEA night. The AWC of the respective business unit will be given access to the nomination rationale and final winners, by sending copies of relevant information by the Audit Board to the respective unit’s AWC to ensure absolute transparency. 20
