CRITERIA
The Milestone Award is eligible for employees who have been with their respective
unit for a minimum of half the age of the unit. (If the unit is 30 years old, then
eligibility will be a minimum of 15 years). The award is given to employees who
have shown long-term commitment and who have consistently excelled.
