In Springfield, Illinois, Al Habtoor announced the Dr Khalaf Al Habtoor and Congressman Paul Findley’s Children Fund, a collaboration with the Central Illinois Foodbank to donate $500,000 to feed children in 21 central and southern Illinois counties. The Group renewed its sponsorship for the 14th Sheikh Zayed Charity Marathon in New York. HRH Prince Khalid Al-Faisal bin Abdul Aziz Al Saoud was honoured with the second Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor Achievement Award in March 2018. Al Habtoor City’s resident show, La Perle by Dragone was named Best Theatre Performance at the prestigious Time Out Dubai Music & Nightlife Awards, celebrating the best of Dubai’s entertainment industry.
